Empowering Youth.
Building Champions.
Shaping Futures.

We aspire to cultivate an environment where every individual can achieve their fullest potential, commensurate with their dedication to their respective sports.

GIVE YOUR Youth THE
EDGE

We are a non-profit organization officially registered with the National Sports Council (NSC) under Registration Number 11, and we operate in collaboration with various specific sports organizations and authorities.

Kilimanjaro Talents Sports Academy is situated in Moshi-Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, and extends its operations across multiple regions within the country. The primary objective of the academy is to identify and develop the talents of children and youth both regionally and nationally. The Kilimanjaro region, in particular, is rich in untapped talent, much of which remains unrecognized due to insufficient talent scouting and development initiatives, particularly for children and youth from underprivileged backgrounds.

Consequently, the academy was founded to consolidate these talents, provide the necessary nurturing, and facilitate their introduction to broader opportunities. Additionally, it aims to connect these young athletes with sponsors and other stakeholders who can assist them in achieving their aspirations.

CEO & Founder
Benard Sahini

Benard Sahini is a sport enthusiastic who has participated in different sports such as athletics, football, boxing, and martial arts, but he could not make it at the international level. Throughout his ongoing participation in sports, he found out unutilized opportunities that can benefit the young talents in Tanzania, hence decided to establish a sports academy as a platform for helping different youths to accomplish their goals.

Our
Vision

We aspire to cultivate an environment where every individual can achieve their fullest potential, commensurate with their dedication to their respective sports.

Our primary focus is on education before athletic pursuits. We also prioritize discipline and the development of life skills as fundamental objectives.

To this end, in addition to employing professional sports instructors and coaches, we engage life skills coaches, motivational speakers, and psychologists to influence the behavior of our youth and foster their career development.

Most significantly, our goal is to develop formidable competitors in the realm of sports, both nationally and internationally.
